TECHNICAL PROPORTIES
1. Working speed : 700 m/min (process speed depending on process
parameters)
2. Machine has double overfeed system to eleminate the tension variations in
hank.(In every position, there are two AC motors and they are synchronized with
an optic tension.)
3. Closing and opening of swift is pneumatic, it is as easy as pushing a
button near the swift.
4. Every position has individual invertor( speed control units )
5. Every position have two motors.
6. Winding of yarn with shuttle.
7. 6”, 7”, 8”, 10” Conical or Cylindirical models are possible.
8. Machine has a computterised system to control individual positions.
9. Hank’s weight up to 1.5 kg.
10. Every swift has individual pneomatic brake system synchronized to
the yarn sensor.
